Bright Dip Anodizing

This finishing process creates a smooth, highly reflective surface on aluminum components before an anodic layer is applied.

  • The Process: Aluminum is chemically polished in a heated acid solution to level micro-roughness, strip away machining lines, and produce a mirror-like shine.

  • The Result: Excellent corrosion resistance, long-term color stability, and enhanced surface hardness without altering critical dimensional tolerances. 

Bright dip anodizing is ideal for architectural metalworking and medical devices.

Heat Treating Services

We modify a metal’s internal microstructure through tightly regulated heating and cooling cycles to boost structural integrity and performance.

  • Methods Offered: Annealing, quenching, tempering, normalizing, and case hardening.

Sand Blasting

High-velocity abrasive media projection is used to clean, smooth, descale, and texturize metal surfaces prior to final coating.

  • Media Options: Aluminum oxide, steel grit, glass bead, and specialized fine abrasives.

  • Purpose: Strips away rust, scale, and surface contaminants to generate an ideal anchor profile for paint, powder coating, or plating adhesion. It also aids in non-destructive testing (NDT) by exposing hidden micro-fractures.

Black Oxide Coating

This specialized chemical conversion coating darkens the surface of ferrous metals, stainless steel, and copper alloys.
